The Mint Media Group, publisher of IN Toronto and Outlooks magazines, is looking for a full-time Account Manager/Sales Representative.

The right candidate will be responsible for managing the retail sales accounts of both publications. Qualified candidates must have the following:
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets through securing new accounts from agencies, media buyers and retailers.
- The ability to engage clients over the phone, by email and in face-to-face presentations to develop new and existing businesses.
- You are efficient in executing the sales process from start to finish, with an impressive ability to be self motivated.
- And you enjoy working in a diverse environment and are passionate about the LGBT community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in media sales
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Highly motivated, driven and committed
• Basic PC skills including the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlooks Express
• Valid driver’s license, Social Insurance Number
