Dynamic, busy midwifery practice looking for a full-time Office Administrator.

We are looking for a friendly, out-going person to join our team. The Office Administrator performs general administrative tasks including: booking appointments, answering phones and e-mails, updating client lists, and sending and receiving faxes. This position is also responsible for coordinating the volunteer position, assisting with event management, ordering office supplies and updating social media. Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. The office is Mac OS based and uses OSCAR electronic medical records.
