We are currently seeking an energetic professional for our west Edmonton Office for the position of Customer Service Representative. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:


Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
Verify customer purchase order information entered, with information on quantities, quality and delivery time is accurate, prior to issuing it to the warehouse staff. Verify and update any orders shorted or refused and relays information to Supervisor. Send confirmation to buyers. Coordinate the logistical execution of marketing program and activities, including scheduling tradeshow attendance. Assisting in preparing for and attending customer and consumer tradeshows. Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service and products. Analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. Maintains customer database, including tracking of purchase order. Notify sales and plant team about incoming, time-sensitive purchase orders or faxes. Match order confirmation with delivery slips and presents to accounting for final invoicing. Arrange for samples as requested. Filing of documents pertaining to orders requested and filled.
