WANTED: A dynamic Call Centre Representative for an inbound, fast paced, technically oriented environment. Excellent time management skills are essential for this multi-tasking role. You must be a “people” person as you'll be part of a team responsible for making the customer's experience the best it can be! Previous Call Centre Experience is essential and you would also be required to have a good understanding of Data Base systems and have a good understanding of Excel and Word. Must be fluent in french.
