WANTED: A dynamic Customer Service and Administration Representative for an inbound, fast paced, technically oriented environment. Excellent time management skills are essential for this multi-tasking role. You must be a “people” person as you'll be part of a team responsible for making the customer's experience the best it can be! Previous Customer Service Experience is essential and you would also be required to have a good understanding of Data Base systems and have a good understanding of Excel and Word. French language skills would be an asset.
