Client Description
Our client, one of Vancouver’s most prestigious real estate developers is currently seeking a seasoned Project Accountant with relevant industry experience. The incumbent will take charge of demand planning, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
Job Description
- Prepare costing, forecasting and estimations for multiple on-going projects
- Cash flow analysis utilizing variance analysis
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Participate in organizational budget coordination
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to accounting procedures and controls
- Effectively managing the team of accounting professionals
The company will expect from you:
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the Vancouver real estate development industry
- CA/CMA/CGA designation, or near completion of
- Strong organizational and management skills, relating to all levels of professionals in the company
- Highly motivated, results-oriented
In return you can expect:
- $70-80k, depending on experience
