Client Description
Our client, one of Vancouver’s most prestigious real estate developers is currently seeking a seasoned Project Accountant with relevant industry experience. The incumbent will take charge of demand planning, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Job Description

  • Prepare costing, forecasting and estimations for multiple on-going projects
  • Cash flow analysis utilizing variance analysis
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and reconciliations
  • Participate in organizational budget coordination
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to accounting procedures and controls
  • Effectively managing the team of accounting professionals

The company will expect from you:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar role within the Vancouver real estate development industry
  • CA/CMA/CGA designation, or near completion of
  • Strong organizational and management skills, relating to all levels of professionals in the company
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented

In return you can expect:

  • $70-80k, depending on experience
