We are a restaurant located in the downtown core, and are looking for experienced professionals to fill our kitchen. This establishment will be a full service bar, so applicants must be 19 years or older to apply.

Head Chef - Minimum of 5 years experience required in a similar supervisory position. Chef will be required to delegate responsibilities to kitchen staff, and ensure these duties are followed out as per company policy. The Head Chef is responsible for all food cost budgeting and ordering, on top of preparing and presenting food for regular service.
Sous Chef - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Must be able to take direction from Head Chef, and delegate tasks accordingly. Will be required to assist the Chef with all kitchen duties, on top of regular food service. Experience with scheduling and ordering would be welcomed.
Line Cooks - At least one year experience required. Must be able to take direction and complete tasks per company standard. Must be able to work as part of a team, and assist all kitchen members in a smooth production of food service.
