Fair work environment, lacks supportive knowledgeable management

Typical workday was versatile, different tasks as the day progresses. Learned valuable trades, time management, and leadership skills. Management is the biggest downfall in the company, poor communication among themselves and field staff as well as management positions left vacant were filled by new employee's or under qualified bodies, very little promotion from within for those who are willing to take necessary action. Hardest part of the job would be differentiating between management hostility or constructive criticism.
