• Answer call signals
• Aid with bathing, dressing and grooming residents
• Assist with meals, may serve meal trays, feed or assist in feeding of residents
• Administer and log medications
• Provide companionship
• Assist with everyday needs
• Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse; observe or monitor resident’s status and document resident’s file;
• May perform tasks such as cleaning or sterilizing equipment and maintaining equipment.
• Perform other related tasks as required by the immediate Supervisor.

Housekeeping Duties:

• Dust, vacuum, mop, scrub and sweep resident rooms, hallways, dining and social areas
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, toilets and sinks, baths and fixtures
• Wash windows
• Empty garbage containers (residents rooms and common areas)
• Replace toiletries
• Perform the laundry services for residents (clothing, linens, towels)
• Change linens and freshen beds
