Reception/Administrator
Education: High School or Equivalent
Job Type: Part Time
High End Yaletown property development company is looking for an upbeat, personable individual to join their team as a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator. The hours will be Monday to Friday 1:00 to 6:00

Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead Receptionist
Multi-phone line switchboard
Basic Admin work that could include, basic paper work, letter writing, lease preparation
Courier, mail service and cheque processing.

Skills Required:
Basic Office to include, MSWord, Excel, Outlook
Multi-phone line
Excellent inter-personal skills
Distinguished phone manner
