In all aspects, you would be smart to steer clear of working for the Conference Board of Canada. I've had many former colleagues who were let go without warning. Their salaries are poor so many of their employees count on an annual bonus of surplus revenue. Unfortunately, all the surplus revenue went to the CEO this year and no one else.
