- Arrange and Manage sites installation
- Run status reports for all Site locations; Provide technical support when needed
- Install and update onsite content and customer advertisements
- Manage and coordinate with outsourced Site installation team
- Communicate offline Status to impacted clients.
- Order equipment from authorized vendors
- Provide support for in house technical issues
- Arrange and coordinate site visits and installations
Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner
Prior experience supporting, implementing and providing Customer Support to clients
Works well both alone or in a team setting
Strong analytical skills
Must be Customer service Orientated.
