Position: Pastry Chef
Must have thorough understanding of a pastry kitchen operation. Responsible for producing a consistent, quality Cheesecakes, Pastry product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner and weekend brunch buffet pastries every saturday, sunday and holidays.
Candidate capable of assuming all bakery department responsibilities as a Pastry Chef.
Skills and knowledge to include culinary education, basic cost control understanding, basic communication, leadership skills.
Must have experience in a lead or supervisory pastry position
Must have flexible availability: mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
