The sales department is poorly run. The commission is very low and quotas are very high. Very unorganized and high turnover.
You are basically a telemarketer. The manager expects you to make 150 calls each day, while other people are calling the same people. You will be hung up on a lot. Not a fun place to be for 9 hours per day.
