We are currently looking for an individual who will step up to the plate, take ownership of the department, and capitalize on team capabilities.

  • 5 or more years of customer service experience in an order desk environment
  • Bilingual - Fluent in French/English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Data Entry skills
  • Completion of college or industry courses related to sales, marketing and or business management
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and take ownership of work
  • Managing customer inquiries
  • Receiving and entering orders
  • Tracking and following up on customers orders
  • Working with business unit managers and territory managers
  • Examine and verify accuracy of work
  • Must be hands on and willing to help out wherever and whenever needed
  • Provide information and great customer service
  • Office environment
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am to 4:30pm
