The Bayat group is now hiring for a part time recruiting/administrative assistant. The day to day role as part of the management team would be to help assist the continued growth of our company, in both Northern Ontario and Kitchener, as well as planned future growth into the Ottawa market.
A Task orientated, highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail.

An excellent communicator over the phone and in person, with an engaging and outgoing personality

Experience with Social Media and online SEO
Creative writing skills
1-2 years’ Experience with Sales
1-2 years’ Experience with HR and Recruiting
Strong people skills
