Global leader in it's field is seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for a minimum 1 year contract with the possibility of permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

- Front desk reception (low call volume and minimal walk in traffic)
- Data entry and tracking for Engineering department
- Data entry in Oracle for Supply Chain and assisting Finance with month-end

Experience:

- Candidate must have some previous reception, administrative or payroll experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Fast and accurate Data Entry skills
- Strong communication skills
