Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual)

Our Client, a worldwide leader in the Credit and financial sector is currently recruiting customer service rep’s to work in their state of the art call center in the Markham area.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service oriented mindset
- Great analytical skills
- Previous call center experience (considered an asset)
- Must be flexible to work between the hours of 8:30am – 9:00pm (Monday – Friday) and 10:00am -6:00pm (Saturdays)
While preference will be given to Bilingual (French/English) candidates, a select number of unilingual positions may be opened up to the right person!
Due to the nature of the environment, all successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal and credit background check.
