avoid this place!
Software Analyst (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON17 September 2016
Hundreds of people doing very little. Overcrowded with managers and and similar roles ( in software development departments). The very few who are doing the jobs are treated like slaves - low wages and under pressure for doing overtime. Co-workers (developers and testers ) are good
Pros
co-workers might be good
Cons
attitude

Very backward company
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Ottawa, ON29 November 2015
Low Salaries for what they want you to perform. Expect hours like a startup but pay 25-30% lower than comparable companies in the Ottawa area for the same work.

Constantly cutting benefits to save money while France siphons off money from profits.

Co-workers are good if they're not in management. They lay off all good managers.

Very difficult to get promoted unless you're a yes-person or you get hired from outside where you apparently have to know someone higher up in the company.

Will not publish criteria to get promoted or salaries. Most raises are in the 0.5%-2% per year.
Pros
Good workers.
Cons
Long hours and bad (really bad) Management

Pros
Good Pay and benefits
