Hardware / Mechanical Designer (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 8 December 2016
Productive and challenging place I learned a lot about Rail Signaling Wayside Equipment and their interconnections which it wasn't part of my past experience The hardest part changes in management on daily bases made it Difficult to keep up with schdual The most enjoyable part was facing new challenges and learning new Products and work among talented co-workers
Software Analyst (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 17 September 2016
Hundreds of people doing very little. Overcrowded with managers and and similar roles ( in software development departments). The very few who are doing the jobs are treated like slaves - low wages and under pressure for doing overtime. Co-workers (developers and testers ) are good
terrible work environment. Management has not a clue how to get a job done or what is going on. Company treats employees horrible. Too many Project managers place is a zoo. If you have self respect at all you not go to this company.
Good Pay and benefits
no collaboration, lack of leadership, not flexible hours, terrible office enviroment.
