Pros: this company ie very flexable
Cons: the senior salary staff is paid considerably less than the junior field staff.
This company gives its employees a massive amount of latitude as far as expanding there knowledge and job scope.
When I leave the company I will truly miss the management group.
The hardest part of my job is dealing with employees who refuse to think or apply there education.

Receptionist/Data Entry - Vacation Fill In (Former Employee), Fort McMurray, ABMay 10, 2013
Pros: good wage
Cons: early hours
My typical workday for this company was to create data reports all day everyday. I learned that they did not like tardiness and were expected to come to work sick. The owner of the company was friendly but the management was rude in the regard to mistakes. The hardest part of the job was to understand the hand writing of the technicians. The most enjoyable – more... part of the job was meeting new people. – less

Civil Technologist (Former Employee), Fort Mcmurray Ab (Suncor)July 7, 2012
Pros: paid travel and living allowance
Cons: spent to much time away from my four year old daughter
-typical day at work, Inspect pile installation, log results, calculate: final torque, instillation depth and helix depth. Give results to Project Engineer, for decision to splice on and drill deeper to achieve desired final torque.
-learned how to work compaction testing machine and became certified to use it
-management very accommodating
-co-workers – more... very knowledgeable, I learned so much from co-workers
-the hardest part of this job was being separated from my family four months at a time (need to be able to commute like 10/10, 14/8, 21/8 ect.
-the most enjoyable part of the job was working with the client Project Engineers and Superintendents and drawing from their vast knowledge – less
