We’re seeking a part-time Sales Associate, Cosmetic Specialist with availability to work 15 – 25 hours per week during the holiday season. Our Sales Associates in cosmetics serve as our in-store specialists for the sale and application of healthy and environmentally beneficial beauty and care products.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, Cosmetic Specialist you are enthusiastic about customer service, passionate about our cosmetic products, and thrive in a team environment.
- Engage with our customers to determine their needs
- Educate and teach our customers about healthier cosmetic product choices
- Assist customers with the application of all in-store product samples
- Maintain the store’s visuals and displays with pride
- Display teamwork, a positive attitude and respect for colleagues
- Build lasting customer relationships by listening and responding to the needs of our customers
Qualifications & Requirements
- You excel at customer service and are passionate about environmentally sustainable cosmetic products
- You are experienced at cosmetic product applications on customers
- You have the ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events within a fast paced work environment
- You work well in a team environment
- You enjoy helping customers make product selections based on their individual needs
- Previous cosmetic retail experience is a definite asset
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset
