The people employed are so corrupt and terrible. The pay is difficult to explain and the work culture is extremely robotic. No chances of advancement because the supervisor only makes 50 cents more. This company should not exist.

It was a fast-paced working environment but they provided excellent 6-weeks long training to ensure we were fully prepared for the position. The supervisors were also great and made it a positive environment to work in.

Great experience working here, great for learning how to deescalate situations with heated customers. The hours feel long, and the call volume is very sporadic. Had a few scheduling issues with multiple workers.

The office is located in a good part of the city. The building and Infrastructure are very good. The Management is accommodating and the work is great.

A good work life balance too. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the Remuneration. The per hour for agents is minimum and Supervisors is salary but is very very low. That is the only demotivating factor in Teleperformance,
