Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 28 January 2014
Teleperformance majorly deals with third-party companies and provides them with customer service representatives whose primary job is to make sales for the respective company and portray it in positive light with respect to its competitors. A typical day at work involved making phone calls to the customers and dealing with them in a professional manner. Working at the company for almost four years, I learned that meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales quota was a hard task but it was doable. Sales quota and team performance was vital to the company. The co-workers always supported and helped each other even from different teams. The hardest part of the job was to maintain the monthly sales quota, call quality and wrap-up time of the call. As well as, professionally dealing with escalated calls. The most enjoyable part of the job was to meet the sales.
Technical Support Engineer (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – 15 May 2017
The people employed are so corrupt and terrible. The pay is difficult to explain and the work culture is extremely robotic. No chances of advancement because the supervisor only makes 50 cents more. This company should not exist.
Sales and Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 13 May 2017
It was a fast-paced working environment but they provided excellent 6-weeks long training to ensure we were fully prepared for the position. The supervisors were also great and made it a positive environment to work in.

Great experience working here, great for learning how to deescalate situations with heated customers. The hours feel long, and the call volume is very sporadic. Had a few scheduling issues with multiple workers.

- very basic and unspecific training - oblivious upper management - premature supervisors - late on delivering benefits - very diverse environment in terms of age and ethnicity - underwhelming wages - very little communication between departments - great people, terribly run company
Customer Service Advisor (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 1 March 2017
No fun environment at work. Micro-managing each and every employee. No career advancement. Need to be politically correct to move forward. If you apply for internal jobs, they don't even give you feedback. Internal transfer is not possible to other department.
Call Centre Agent (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 15 February 2017
Teleperformance is a solid outsourcing company that has consolidated processes for each campaign managed. It is a multicultural place and a great place to learn how to give a properly attention to every client.
Operations Supervisor (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 7 February 2017
The office is located in a good part of the city. The building and Infrastructure are very good. The Management is accommodating and the work is great.
A good work life balance too. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the Remuneration. The per hour for agents is minimum and Supervisors is salary but is very very low. That is the only demotivating factor in Teleperformance,

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Montréal, QC – 24 January 2017
What was really enjoyable about Teleperformance was the attitude amongst coworkers. This also includes management because they didn't simply try to dictate, but got to know each worker on a personal level. This created a tighter bond and the ambiance at work made time pass by fast.
