Our Mississauga based Client is a leading developer of budgeting, forecasting and management software, used by companies all over the world, their target customer being mid-market business.

As an Application Support Analyst, you will work closely with clients as well as internal staff to find solutions for various technical and product related issues. You must have a strong understanding of hardware & software, as well as excellent customer service and problem solving skills. The majority of support is done remote, by either phone or email.

Things you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of application support experience
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server
  • Computing degree or diploma
  • Oustanding communication and customer service skills

It would be nice if you had:

  • Virtualization experience (VMware, hyper-V)
  • Experience workingn with remote assistance technology
  • Knowledge of Accounting and/or Financial applications

What you will be doing:

  • Technical & product support for customers and internal staff by email, phone and in rare circumstance, on-site
  • Managing issue escalation and resource scheduling
  • Technical diagnostics of customer issues
  • Documentation of all customer interactions
