The team is good and makes one believe that he is not a stranger in an unknown area.
The process defined by company are good but sometimes may put the employee in bottle-neck.
Long hours of job is the most difficult part, every now and then spending 14-15 hours is too much difficult

Well managed training is provided to all freshers in Tech Mahindra and a focus on training after the project allocation is there. Very good work environment. Goop opportunities are provided to all the deserving candidates. My co-workers were all fun loving and intelligent people. learnt a lot with them. got a lot of career opportunities because of that.

Aptara has good infrastructure, but they have to improve work environment and satisfaction of employees.

was okay to work with. but they give you the work you dont want. they dont take your opinion into consideration

 System build/deployment (Solaris servers).
 Gather Blueprint, SRTS Tickets, Network design.
 Verify IPs in DNS, Console Access (AMITY), SAN Storage/non-SAN.
 Intranet / Extranet (Firewall Defined) submitting firewall access.
 WAN boot by setting boot parameters.
 Installing Solaris operating system, VXVM, VCS, Zones.
 Network Configurations – more... DMP /IPMP (AA/AP), NAS, NTP.
 Configured IPV4, IPV6.
 Configure Boot Disk Strategy. (ALTDG, SAN Boot setups).
 Creating File systems using UFS, VXFS.
 Applying OS / OBP Patches, Packages and HBA patch upgrading.
 User Administration with help of (UAM).
 Install Software/Security related.
 Trouble-shooting any issue comes during build process.
 Scheduling of crontab.
 Installing VCS, Create System service groups, Perform VxVM configuration of shared disk storage.
 Verifying shared system resources and Application (manually) can switch-over between nodes.
