Working as a CSR at TD can easily be a gateway for future advancement in the retail banking or even wealth management fields. TD offers plenty of in-house training that will be beneficial; however, the culture at many branches will have you pushing sales that don't always seem in the interest of the customers - luckily these are small products that have little consequence for most consumers.
Great banking perks, can move up easily within retail
Some branches push questionable sales tactics, don't expect your retail experience to carry you into other departments
