Working in a TD branch, I have learned a lot. From being in different positions, Teller to Financial Adviser, you learn a lot of different aspects of the branch. This would include dealing with clients in different situations and different backgrounds, investment options and the way other institutions work. There is always room for growth as long as you are willing to push sales and credit products. From personal experience, you can get a lot of support. However, it does depend on what manager you are working for. Generally, most managers are very helpful and do whatever they can to help you succeed.
Decent benefits, room for growth
Large/excessive sales goals, Low pay in comparison to other insitutions
