A typical day at work includes meeting, greeting and accommodating the various and unique needs of TD clients. This includes day to day banking, offerings referrals or advice and also just simply making the lives of those who bank with TD as comfortable as possible. As a teller, one has to have a strong sense of team work but also have the ability to make decisions independently in a fast passed environment. The most enjoyable part of working as a customer service representative is interacting with the public and making a positive difference in their day.

TD is one of the best places in Canada to work. I have been working there for the past 7.5 years , I had 6 managers in last 7 years, stability is not there each time new manager comes an d changes my position.
