Very productive, understanding, planning and time management. A fun and friendly place to work.
Project Administrator (Former Employee) – Head Office, Technology Information Mississauga – 15 August 2013
Busy and given time to complete work load, seek help, etc. I learned a lot as an Administrative Assistant, Financial Analysis, QA Testing, SDLC advancing to Project Coordinator, Project Management, spreadsheets, reporting, capturing minutes, etc. Management were always helpful, understanding and complimentary. I got along well with my co-workers and team members and we always were involved in charitable or company events. The hardest part of the job was trying to get used to the continuous change in Management and group reporting. I enjoyed every job to the fullest, meeting new people, helping out management, team members and co-workers whereever and/or whenever possible, and being recognized for my efforts.
Customer Service Representitive (Current Employee) – Burlington, ON – 18 October 2017
Overall, I love working for TD. Everyone is so friendly and I love going to work almost everyday and learning something new. Its challenging and exciting in many ways. I like how this job keeps up with the demands of customers, we are always able to provide them with whatever it is they need.
I loved the environment during the time I was employed at TD Bank.
Forms Management Clerk - already stated above (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 18 October 2017
The other coworkers made it a very fun environment which made it easier to do our jobs. A typical day was mostly ensuring the warehouse was stocked with all the necessary office supplies so that all the Bank employees can order their supplies through our online purchasing system. Also when forms needed to be revised, we ensured that the Suppliers made the necessary alterations so that the Banks had the correct forms in stock. There really was no hard part of the job. Learned a lot about the inventory process.
happy people; perks that come with working for a bank
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 17 October 2017
Worked as a CSR and it was just to get my foot in the door. I did what was asked of me and necessary to get the job done. My location afforded me to network with the right people and allowed me to take the next step in my career
Insurance Advisor (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 17 October 2017
I loved it there. Great job culture and ability to advance. Lots of opportunity to get involved. The hardest part of the job would be keeping up with the changes in the Industry. But I found it very rewarding and challenging at the same time.
Customer Relations Coordinator (Former Employee) – St. Albert, AB – 17 October 2017
Great organization to work for with fair pay and benefits. Work environment losers friendships. Great opportunity for advancement. There is always something different everyday. Awesome if you enjoy a challenge.
Financial Services Representative (Current Employee) – Brampton, ON – 15 October 2017
It is an awful company to work for. You are not valued and are nothing but an employee number. Pay is low and management is always on their toes. You get treated like a child no matter your age and are expected to meet ridiculously high goals while getting paid pennies.
Senior Credit Analyst - Canadian Markets (Current Employee) – Markham, Ontario – 13 October 2017
Productive place where both professional skills and leisure skills are recognized , however I work in Markham but live in Mississauga and work life balance is required noting it takes 4 hours in the day to commute to my job
EasyLine specialist (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 12 October 2017
Socializing atmosphere, food events, promotion always encouraged. Great for volunteering and doing good for community. Opportunity is always around the corner. Networking simply means get too friendly with manager and butter and jam your way in.
Sr. Project Manager (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 11 October 2017
TD is always going through transformations and has been doing this for several years. Seems like they can't get the right executive / lower level management teams aligned with their short/long term vision. Processes and tools are always changing to the point where a typical PM would use 2-3 tools, but @ TD you're using 6+. Processes change so often much of your time is spent figuring things out instead of getting work done.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Brampton, ON – 10 October 2017
The atmosphere and energy surrounding the branch was always great. The managers and staff made my transition easy and seamless. Best part of the job is the satisfaction of successfully serving a client.
