Position: Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative

Tate Marketing Inc. is looking for a qualified Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team.
- Proficiency in French & English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented and keen project management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to work with minimal supervision, in a team environment
- Able to work in a fast paced environment while providing superior customer service
- Proactive and mature
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Must have own vehicles for picking and dropping off mail
- Order desk management
- Client program customer service
- Manage fulfillment projects
- Data entry and checking for accuracy of information
- Completing mail merges
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Complete call logs and reports as required
- Filing of customer entries
- General office administration
