Position: Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative

Location: Burlington, ON

Employment Type: Full Time

Tate Marketing Inc. is looking for a qualified Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team.

Required Experience/Competencies

  • Proficiency in French & English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented and keen project management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while providing superior customer service
  • Proactive and mature
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Must have own vehicles for picking and dropping off mail


  • Order desk management
  • Client program customer service
  • Manage fulfillment projects
  • Data entry and checking for accuracy of information
  • Completing mail merges
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Complete call logs and reports as required
  • Filing of customer entries
  • General office administration
