Tate Marketing Inc. is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join its dynamic team.


  • Provide customer service over the phone for client promotional activities
  • Data entry and checking for accuracy of information
  • Verifying data for mail merges
  • Completing mail merges
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Complete call logs and reports as required
  • Filing of customer entries
  • General office administration

Required Experience/Competencies

  • Proficiency in French (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment while providing superior customer service
  • Proactive and mature
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must be flexible to occasionally work between 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
  • This is a contract position that could lead to permanent employment
