4 years’ experience in IT Operations in Telecom Domain, managing Enterprise business applications, Pulse, Contract Management, Pricing Dashboard, Artificial Intelligence & Routing.
Exposure to Telecom Pricing of Voice Termination Services, International Toll Free services, Local number services, Mobile Voice Telephony, Integrated Service digital networks, Amendments, Rate Processing, Back feeding methodologies.
Practical knowledge in IT architecture scalability planning and evaluating design of new implementations.
Ability to plan proactive measures for managing concurrent Data intensive operations during critical business periods
Strong Technical and practical knowledge in Java (preferably certified in Java SE 6), J2EE, PL/SQL, Unix, Hibernate, Struts, Spring, SVN, MS SQL Server, WAS.
Expertise in Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Process Improvement Techniques, SoX.
Hands on experience in CA SDP, Bugzilla, Rally, Eclipse IDE, PL/SQL Developer, IBM WAS, Toad, SVN, ILOG rule engine, Log4J.
