very politics IT, who has position will decide justice even doesnt follow company's value. after participating on Talisman integrity matters, IT put me on blacklisted list even this integrity is CEO project. also I prove that i was right. I got sweet thank you.!
who works there for years doesnt pay attention how to maintain long time issue but Talisman – more... still in favor to them, they fire will fire you if you figure issues that supposed to be fix long time ago. my lead doesnt support because she doesny have a clue and prentending to be busy at all times. – less

Cons: no leadership; short-term outlook
Leadership does not exist with lack of alignment & communication gaps between all levels; culture is very reactive. Lack of respect for people and not walking the talk on company values. Very much short-term focus on cost reductions and telling people to only execute, perform and deliver better; silo mentality & structure. There are pockets of good – more... people, but most of the good people have left or are leaving. A sinking ship with no future. – less
