Organization and Accuracy are your strengths? Do you have experience using SQL, Crystal Reports and you are an expert with Excel? You have also great customer service skills and you are looking for work in downtown Edmonton as a Payroll Administrator? We have the right job for you!
In this role your responsibilities will be:
- Administer Payroll on a weekly basis
- Upload employee status change forms to SharePoint
- Respond to employee and worksite inquiries as they relate to payroll
- Distribute paystubs
- Reconcile expense reports and send for payment
- Reconciliations of payroll accounts as required
- Other duties as required
- At least 1 year Experience with SQL and Crystal Reports are a must
- 1 year experience in an AR, AP or payroll
- Knowledge of Payroll software (systems) Dynamic Great Plains and Avanti is an asset
- Business Administration or Accounting Diploma preferred
