Amazing place to work!
National Sales Manager (Former Employee), Chicago, ILMay 22, 2013
Pros: prestige and travel
Cons: complex production cycle that limited inventory
Outstanding prestige with top design firm. This was a very busy job with a hectic schedule. As a company we exhibited at at least 14 trade shows per year all over the country. I learned to manage my time and to supervise with respect and encouragement. My co-workers were bright and talented, with strong personalities. We learned to respect each other's – more... ideas and talents and to work as a team. – less

Busy and stressful
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee), Lincoln, NEJanuary 14, 2013
Pros: the company has grown enough to allow for good benefits.
Cons: the stress level is high due to types of calls you get, the supervisors are into playing favorites when it comes to time off and promotions, overtime is not allowed unless they get really behind on their work, extremely strict on what is allowed at your desk(i.e. pictures, drinks, music, etc).
It is a great place to work if you know the right people and get on the right team. The supervisors will sabatoge your ability to advance or move teams if you are an asset to their team.
