Individual needs to be knowledgeable about plumbing codes and the construction of projects.
Need to have a minimum of 3rd year apprenticeship or be fully licensed.
Looking for someone who is familiar with construction designs and has the ability to read blueprints and know what is required for the job.
The scope of the job is mainly commercial and some residential.
Required to work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
Work independently and with a crew when necessary.
Be able to make changes and take on extra duties when necessary without notice.
Must have own vehicle and willing to work in the downtown Toronto area.
