Location: Thornhill (Hwy 7 & Leslie)
This role reports to the Engineering Processing Manager (EPM) and also supports the Manager of Office Engineering and Training (MOET) in the areas of Customer Service and Plan Review Desk.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Quality review and distribution of plan review and project letters
Performing customer service desk follow-ups by contacting clients via telephone
Ensure correct distribution of initial notifications regarding exposures to client property to the appropriate personnel
Work on any other assignments/ projects as assigned
Previous Customer Service/Administrative experience within an insurance industry
Great Command of MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS ACCESS
