Reporting to the Broker of Record, responsibilities include:

-Reviewing all transactions ensuring they are completed
-Following up with lawyers and other brokerages in regards to commissions
-Ensure all paperwork are forwarded to the appropriate parties (i.e. lawyers, other brokerages)
-Managing & scheduling support staff
-posting listings on MLS
-Serve as a resource person for agents, staff & Broker of Record
-Additional administrative duties & projects as required by Broker of Record
-Answer all incoming calls

The Candidate must possess the following:

-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office
-Advanced communication & multi-tasking skills with an emphasis on customer/client service
-Past experience in customer service
-Past experience working as a deal secretary for a real estate office
-Tech Savvy
-Knowledge of TREB & RECO rules
-Friendly & approachable demeanor
-Experience with Toronto MLS & uploading listings
-Real Estate office experience is a MUST (at least 2 years)
