Key PR, a division of The Key is hiring a PR Coordinator (Contract)
This position will assist our Manager of Key PR develop, maintain, and grow relationships with our current and future clients.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in creative approaches, be able to anticipate potential needs and issues, and will be required to execute and coordinate tasks associated with projects. May lead/own certain aspects of projects.
This qualified candidate will have:
Understanding of the real estate industry and its media landscapes
Ability to write press releases and coordinate publicity
Contribute ideas and brainstorm on story-telling strategies
Manage client meetings, agendas, and recaps
Understanding of social media and online media techniques and strategies
Ability to coordinate media for Key PR initiatives
Ability to provide in-depth analysis into event, announcement, campaign and coverage recaps
Strong verbal and written communication skills; the ability to communicate effectively with multiple audiences
Strong research and organizational skills
Ability to balance priorities
Ability to respond to fast deadlines
Acute attention to detail
Demonstrated client service
Ability to work in a small office environment with minimal supervision; work with other departments and team members of The Key
Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of integrated communications, marketing, communications or media experiences. 2-3 years preferred.
This will be a part time 6 month contract position (3 days/24 hours per week). Potential to go full time.
