We are currently recruiting an Office Service Assistant. Please note that this is a PART TIME position consisting of 2-3 8 hour shifts per week. Pay rate is $16.00 per hour
Housekeeping:
- Stock fridges with beverages, snack foods for (4) kitchens on a daily basis
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness throughout the day
- Empty dishwasher(s), put away dishes/cups/utensils
- Order food for in-house meetings
- Monitor catering email in-box to capture all orders
- Maintain general order of conferences rooms and guest offices
- Back up services for main receptionist covering a (1) hour lunch plus (2) 15 minute breaks (am/pm)
- Greeting and logging employees, visitors, and vendors
- Answering the telephone console (2 active lines), screening and routing incoming calls to the appropriate employee in a polite and professional manner
- Distribute and collect mail. Examine outgoing mail for appearance/address.
Stamp outgoing mail using postage meter
- Run large photocopy projects. Assist with photocopying and binding of reports
(working with Production department for direction and oversight)
- Monitor, order, receive, and deliver office supplies
- Monitor working order of office equipment and place service calls when required
- Assist all staff on use of office equipment (i.e. fax, photocopies, printers)
- Provide errand and delivery service outside of office as directed by Office
Services Coordinator
- Stock all network printer stations with paper and toner cartridges
- Stock and clean copy/mail room
- Move small item office furniture such as chairs, tables (on wheels) for meeting room set-up
