Our client located in the Downtown Toronto area is seeking to hire a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The successful candidate will be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Terms of Employment: Temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Salary: $15-$16 based on experience.

v Answering telephone calls and directing calls to different departments.
v Data entry into the company software.
v Greeting customers and providing relevant information.
v Responding to queries via email and telephone.
v Providing assistance to create reports, formatting documents, tracking appointments, other administration duties.
v Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
v Must have a minimum of 1 – 3 years Reception and Administrative experience
v Professional appearance and demeanor
v High School Diploma or College Diploma
v Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
