TFL Industrial is seeking an exceptional individual to join our winning team. If you‘re an outgoing, Accounting Technician, or an individual seeking a career path in Accounting, we’d like to hear from you! The role is a full time position, Monday – Friday.

Job Description

-Assisting with the preparation of accounts
-Assisting with payroll
-Dealing with basic bookkeeping
-Looking after financial transactions and payroll
-Monitoring staff and company expenses
-Accounting for resources
-Promote and adhere to TFL Industrial Safety Management System

Job Requirements

-Some Post-Secondary Education is an asset
-1+ years of related experience
-Experience using QuickBooks is an asset
-Ability to type 40+ words per minute
-Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook – Exceptional skills in Excel is required
-Ability to work individually as well as comfortable in a team-based environment
-The ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels
