Looking for a hunter versus client relationship manager. Will manage a Business Development Team in the large enterprise accounts. Background - from the print or software world. Responsible for managing 5 acct managers - in finance, health, retail, and public sector and other acct managers across Canada. Must implement methodologies/processes for team to reach targets. Comp is 70/30 split. If reached their commission/targets, suitable candidates would be making in the range of a 200k package.
Lead and manage a team of approximately 5 account managers, to drive sales and increase revenue
Proactively engage with every member of the District assisting and coaching with: research, prospecting, “cold calling” (both on the phone, via email and in person), qualifying opportunities and conducting multiple face to face scheduled meetings per week
Effectively communicate the Company’s offerings
Build and maintain a network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects
A proven track record of generating marketing qualified and sales qualified leads
A history of initiating, managing and closing significant opportunities in a target territory or managing a target district consisting of “cold” Fortune 100 accounts or large public sector entities
Developed relationships with multiple Director, VP and C-Level clients across Procurement, IT and Lines of Business
Technology output sales management experience with evidence of multiple
First Time to Revenue successes
Experience developing a solid business case that includes an output strategy
Experience leading formal presentations, beginning with pre-meeting preparation and presentation creation and can provide specific examples
Experience applying a consistent Activity Based Management sales methodology
