Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing front-line support
- Assisting the Office Manager
- Booking meeting rooms

To be successful in this position you will:
- Have immediate availability
- Possess a post-secondary education
- Have previous office experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- A very positive attitude
- Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office skills
- Be able to multi-task and cope under pressure
