LSP - LOCATION SUPPORT PERSONNEL - FOR FILM SHOOT IN NEW LISKEARD
Dailies are needed to the end of February. Spaces still open.

We are TDS and we provide film productions companies in northern cities with LSP personnel. We have successfully coordinated LSP personnel for the past two years on 10 feature film productions in the northern cities of Sudbury, The Soo and North Bay. Starting the end of January a feature film will be shooting in New Liskeard. Some of our team members are returning and some cannot. We are now taking on new members to join our LSP team. We are looking for people that can be available for four or more weeks of work depending on the shooting schedule. We are looking for mature, proactive and motivated people. Rate: $10.25/hr with 12 hour shifts day and or night. The work is On Call with Full and Part time shifts.

Position Description: The LSP is a light labour position that works in conjunction with the location and transport department in prepare streets for the arrival of the film unit by placing cones in the areas designated by the Location Manager and the filming permit; aid in the loading and off loading of the location department vehicle; distribute film notification letters when signatures are not required; operate elevator doors; operate heating and air conditioning equipment; secure all areas and equipment as required by the locations department; aid in the removal of snow and garbage; and, prepare locations for filming by laying plywood, green board or any other protective materials. Maintenance of shipping and receiving for the film unit; equipment, fuel, water and pumper truck during non shooting hours. Operating of heating and air conditioning system for unit vehicles during non shooting hours. The operation of small generators and assist in the parking of crew and back ground performer’s vehicles. Cone and clear between the equipment trucks to keep away any cars from parking during non shooting hours. Cone and clear for transport shuttle vehicle spots during shooting and non shooting hours. Also select members will be directly involved in on set work assisting the location department.
