TDG Marketing is a full service marketing, advertising and corporate communications agency that is dedicated to building and supporting brand awareness. TDG specializes in a variety of services, including graphic and web design, video production, research and planning, copy writing and more.

We are currently looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to become part of our Production Department. This person should have superior design and creative skills and should be somebody who pays attention to detail, thrives under pressure, and is able to work under tight deadlines. This person should be able to produce creative print materials that relate to the industry/audience they are targeted for. The ability to think outside of the box and bring new ideas to the table is critical.

You will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing print materials, including but not limited to: magazines, catalogues, large format banners, brochures, branding and logo design, advertisements, HTML email blasts and social media campaigns. In addition to designing print materials, you will also design the user interface of websites to be handed over to the Web Services team for coding. Additional skills that are preferred but not required are web design, web coding, videography and photography.

Skills required:
Skilled using the Windows PC system
Excellent computer skills using the Adobe Creative Suite CS3 (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat)
Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Colour correction of photography to be used for print, web and video materials as required

Other qualifications:
Diploma in Graphic Design
Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple demands and prioritize requests and act as a resource
Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
