Office Manager for TCI Marketing Firm
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time leading full time day

Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, some university
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience as an Office Manager is required
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Specific Skills: Design filing systems, Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date, Define procedures for record retention, Ensure protection and security of files and records, Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement, Design and implement office policies, Establish standards and procedures, Organize office operations and procedures, Supervise office staff, Prepare time sheets, Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures.
**Knowledge of web, and Internet marketing an asset
Additional Skills: Delegate work to office support staff and students with ease. Must be able to develop and implement new policies and procedures. The applicant must have thorough knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The applicant must have extensive knowledge with CRM systems and able to implement new ideas to track customers. The Office Manager must have excellent communication skills among staff and customers at all times. The applicant must be able to answer a three-line phone system and relay messages to appropriate individuals.
