Senior Administrative Assistant

Our downtown Client within the Mining Industry is looking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant

Length of assignment: Temp-permanent position
Work Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5pm
Compensation: based on experience

Job Description
-Supporting mainly SVP as well as CEO/CFO:
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Must have a professional attiude
-Tracking and managing executive calendar and travel
-Handling various expense reports and electronic data management
-Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
-Excellent skills in project coordination and event planning
-Provide backup support reception relief as needed (occasional)
-Liased with various companies and organization- setting up VISAs and handling other related business process applications as needed

Requirements:
-5 to 7 years of related experience supporting C-Level Executives
-Experience in project coordination and office management preferred
-Background in proofreading office documents and preparing correspondence
-Team player flexible to take on additional tasks as needed
