Our client located in Toronto is looking for energetic and friendly receptionists. You must be flexible for temporary-short term and contract work. Candidates need to have relevant front desk reception experience - in the last 6 months
$12-15/hr
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Front Desk Reception in Corporate setting
Answering all incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel
Assisting with administrative duties; filing, data entry, emails and maybe even couriers
Opening incoming mail and distributing it to the correct departments or mail staff
Experience with Meridian system an asset
Meet, greet and sign in visitors
Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication
Qualifications:
1-2 years previous reception experience
Strong customer service and relationship building
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of the Meridian Telephone System
Strong Computer skills including advance Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
